Local Data Storage

• Flashcard learning status
• Favorite questions
• Quiz and mock exam scores
• App settings and preferences

We do not have access to your personal study records stored locally.

iCloud Sync

SIEasy offers optional iCloud synchronization to keep your learning data in sync across your Apple devices.

What data is synced via iCloud:

• Study progress and quiz scores
• Flashcard data and learning history
• Favorite questions
• App settings and preferences

Important notes:

• iCloud sync is optional and can be disabled in the app’s Settings
• When disabled, all data remains stored locally on your device only
• Your synced data is stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple
• We do not have access to your iCloud data

Data deletion:

• You can delete all synced data by disabling iCloud sync and clearing data in the app’s Settings
• Alternatively, you can delete the app’s iCloud data through iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage

AI Assistant Feature

When you use the AI Assistant feature, your questions are sent to third-party AI service providers. These providers may include:

• OpenAI
• Google
• Anthropic
• DeepSeek

We do not store your AI conversations on our servers. Please review the privacy policies of these AI service providers for information about how they handle your data.

Analytics and Tracking

We do not collect any analytics or tracking data. We do not use any third-party analytics services.

Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with third-party AI services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
